Job Qualifications:

  • At least High School graduate.
  • With or without relevant experience.
  • With sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
  • Perform field credit investigations and submit results within prescribed standards.
  • Monitor customers' first three installment payments.
  • Remind and encourage customers with delayed payments via SMS, calls, or courtesy visits.
  • Conduct customer KYC, validate IDs, verify signatures, and handle contract signing and briefing during Car for Cash releases.
  • Ensure complete and accurate submission of loan and dealer documents for booking within the day or by the next day.
  • Submit loan folders (loan and dealer documents) for safekeeping promptly, arranged according to prescribed standards, to the Head Office or SMU after booking.
  • Provide dealers with timely updates on the status of endorsed loan applications.
  • Conduct customer briefings during unit release and loan document signing.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with assigned dealers.
