Warehouse Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises the Warehouse Team and evaluating on warehouse productivity and daily activities
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction by timely and accurate dispatching, identifying, receiving and ensuring the quality of goods
• Maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Liaise between internal customer success, operations team, logistics arm, and customers
• Prepare and submit accurate daily/monthly reports required by management and customers
• Continually seek to innovate operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• At least five (5) years or more working experience in Logistics and Warehouse
• Highly knowledgeable on Logistics and Warehouse.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills are required
• Strong leadership who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in computer and other productivity tools
• Knowledgeable in handling and processing of E-commerce fulfillment of Warehouse
• Client oriented, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude dealing with people
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency; ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Excellent time, organizational, and self-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Quick-thinking, keen to details, with excellent crisis management skills
• Proactive and adaptable to changing work environments
• Willing to start ASAP and be assigned in Western Bicutan, Taguig.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
