What you'll focus on

Monitor daily incoming inquiries from internal and external stakeholders covering the Locad Ticketing SystemSolve incoming inquiries within the Service Level Agreement in coordination with Locad Operations Executives and WH staffFollow the Locad guides to solve inquiries across various contact reasonsCoordinate closely with Account Managers to manage brand/account escalations and inquiriesWork hand-in-hand with the Central Operations teams to continuously improve guides and training to solve inquiries more efficiently
