Manila Kitchens is a leading provider of professional custom kitchens for chefs and restaurants in the Philippines. We offer full commercial kitchen design and build services, providing seamless end-to-end solutions for Professional Chefs, Restaurants, and Food Business Owners. Our comprehensive services include professional kitchen design, custom kitchen equipment fabrication, cold storage and heavy-duty refrigeration equipment, professional food service equipment, HVAC, industrial exhaust and fresh air systems, gas line and fire suppression installations, as well as kitchen builds, fit-outs, and renovations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers of raw materials, components, and other items needed for fabrication.
  • Maintain an updated supplier database and monitor supplier performance (price, quality, lead time).
  • Request and analyze quotations and recommend cost-effective purchasing options.
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and related procurement documents.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of procurement paperwork in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the accounting department for invoice matching and payment processing.
  • Monitor and track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials and components.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and warehouse staff to manage inbound shipments.
  • Address any delivery issues or delays proactively with suppliers or couriers.
  • Work closely with production and warehouse teams to align procurement with inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Alert relevant teams of any potential delays or shortages that may affect operations.
  • Ensure all purchased materials meet quality and specification requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement
  • experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management, preferably in a construction or kitchen fabrication company setup.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace apps such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
  • Detail oriented & able to adapt to change.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment competencies

Pay: Up to Php18,000.00 per month
