Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians during project execution and daily technical operations
  • Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for efficient workflow on site
  • Perform troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of auxiliary systems including CCTV, FDAS, IP networks, and fiber optics
  • Ensure proper installation, termination, and testing of network and fiber cabling
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure work is completed according to technical specifications and safety standards
  • Coordinate with project engineers, coordinators, and clients regarding site progress and technical issues
  • Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians
  • Prepare daily or weekly reports on team performance, project progress, and technical challenges
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Assist in system commissioning and project turnover
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Technical-Vocational certification in a relevant field (e.g., Electronics, Project Design, or related)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a technical support or field technician role
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Strong leadership and team supervision skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of IP configuration and network troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience in network cabling and end-to-end termination
  • Experience in fiber optic installation and termination
  • Practical experience in CCTV system configuration
  • Experience in FDAS configuration is an advantage
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willing to travel to various project sites as needed
