We are looking for two Team Leads to supervise teams, coordinate design reviews, and deliver project outcomes:

  • Team Lead (Civil/Structural): Project Manager – Design Review Coordinator with a civil or structural engineering background.
  • Team Lead (Renewable Energy): Project Manager – Design Review Coordinator with a renewable energy (electrical) background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day supervision and coaching of team members in line with GHD's values and strategy.
  • Partner with Business Group Leader in managing workload, resource allocation, and securing new work.
  • Drive technical delivery excellence and ensure project and client outcomes are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry networks, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support team members throughout the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, performance planning, and professional development.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive working environment aligned with GHD's HSE and Quality frameworks.

  • Proven leadership and project management experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to mentor others.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence and foster collaboration within diverse teams.
  • Client-focused mindset with agility in providing solutions.
  • Relevant professional qualifications and accreditation suited to the discipline.
