Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality feed production. This role involves supervising production staff, monitoring machinery and equipment performance, and maintaining production standards. The supervisor will ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality requirements, and operational procedures while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of plant processes, equipment, and production workflow
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production activities to achieve targets and maintain quality standards
  • Monitor equipment performance, ensure preventive maintenance is followed, and report operational issues
  • Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and quality protocols within the production area
  • Train, manage, and evaluate production staff to optimize performance and productivity
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on output, downtime, and material usage
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Farm Operations teams to ensure smooth production flow
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
