The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations across multiple sites to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency are consistently met. The role involves supervising site operations, managing production teams, coordinating with support departments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor daily manufacturing operations across multiple sites or production locations
  • Ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved at all assigned sites
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with quality, safety, GMP, and 5S standards
  • Lead, train, and evaluate production personnel and site supervisors
  • Monitor production efficiency, downtime, scrap, and variances; implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Logistics teams across sites
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, non-conformities, and production delays
  • Prepare and consolidate production, manpower, and performance reports from different sites
  • Assist in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and resource allocation per site
  • Support management in implementing process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping at all sites
  • Perform other operations-related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with multi-site supervision
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO, 5S, and workplace safety standards
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and people management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP system experience is an advantage
  • Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules if required
  • Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
