Architectural Draftsman/ Project Coordinator

Office Location: 2 T. Cruz Street, Cruzville Subdivision, Zabarte Road, Quezon City, T. Cruz, Novaliches, Quezon City

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work:

  • Prepare technical drawings, draft plans, and basic layouts for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Conduct on-site inspections for building construction, warehouse, and parking area developments
  • Assist in planning, layout evaluation, and preparation of relocation plans
  • Create and update Gantt charts, project timelines, and progress tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with site personnel, suppliers, and management regarding project requirements
  • Monitor weekly to monthly project outputs and ensure timelines are followed
  • Support in documentation, reports, and post-interview/site visit updates

Qualifications:

  • Architecture graduate or experienced Draftsman
  • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting software
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to take initiative in site coordination
  • Comfortable working onsite and assisting with field-related tasks
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
