Job Summary

Responsible for planning and drafting floor plans for projects. He is mainly responsible for the overall supervision of architectural works at the site for new or renovation projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Does drawings, floor plans and designs for new or renovation projects.
  • Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
  • Assists in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project to present to client.
  • Monitors the site and ensures availability of owner-supplied materials needed by the contractor for a specific project to ensure the implementation of the plan as approved.
  • Coordinates with the warehouse and production staff for the schedule of deliveries of owner supplied materials needed at the site.
  • Ensures that the deadlines or target schedules and quality of plans are met
  • In charge of the documentation, recording and filing of all status or progress reports of both new and renovation projects
  • Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time

Job Specification

  • Graduate of Architecture/Drafting, NOT necessarily licensed
  • Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop, Corel Draw, & MS Office applications
  • Knows how to do CAD drawings for elevations, sections, electrical layout, plumbing layout, mechanical layout
  • Highly analytical, with strong conceptual skills & result-oriented
  • Can work in a fast-paced & collaborative team environment under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
