Job Description:

  • Manage operational excellence projects through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis for measuring projects' impact
  • Design and document operations process flow to support operations
  • Benchmark and analyze competitors' processes and recommend improvement for internal processes
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math or equivalent
  • At Least 3-5 years experience in Business Analyst preferably in the same industry
  • Data Analytics and Visualization (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • SQL and Database Management (SQL queries, data extraction and manipulation)
  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking (structured analytical frameworks, root-cause analysis)
  • Project Management & Coordination (stakeholder alignment, timeline and resource management)
  • Communication & Presentation (clearly articulating insights and recommendations)
