IT Programmer

The IT Programmer is responsible for enhancing existing business applications to meet company requirements through programming, software development, and data analysis. This includes deploying systems across relevant areas, training users, and maintaining proper documentation. The position involves maintaining and improving existing systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing user-requested changes with IT Manager approval. The role also includes providing on-call or on-site support, staying updated on the latest technologies, and performing other related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate holds a BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least one year of relevant experience and a proven project portfolio. They must possess strong skills in software design, development, debugging, testing, documentation, and maintenance, including expertise in algorithm design, performance tuning, and software architecture. The candidate should be capable of implementing and troubleshooting programming changes, identifying and resolving computer-related issues, and coordinating appropriate solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and translate end-user requirements into technical solutions are essential.
