Site Reliability Engineer

As part of Site Reliability Engineering, we are responsible for the reliability, performance and efficiency of systems and services that drive user access management controls and operations. You will identify opportunities to automate and remove toil across areas within the User Access Management domain such as User Access Reviews, Access Provisioning, Role Based Access Controls, etc.

You will also manage monitoring tools to ensure timely identification and response to issues, with a focus on programmatic resolution of common problems. You will work with other teams to maintain or enhance the incident and change management processes, design features to improve the availability, scalability, performance, and efficiency of SailPoint IdentityIQ, and document operational processes that will support our service desk team. What you offer

Exceptional critical thinking skills, with extensive experience in supporting mission-critical systems

Practical experience in cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web ServicesSkilled in coding languages with preference in Java and C#Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, AppDynamics, or SIEM tools such as SplunkExperience with any of the following is an advantage:Analytics experience using Alteryx or PowerBIDevelopment and administration experience of SailPoint IdentityIQ, or other similar tools are advantageous
