JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist with filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Process documents for routing and approval by authorized signatories.
  • Support the implementation of 5s methodology to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.

  • Perform general administrative tasks including:

  • Assisting with meeting preparations (e.g. food arrangements)

  • Monitoring and replenishing office supply inventory.
  • Updating bulletin boards with current relevant information.
  • Perform data encoding tasks as required.
  • Send SMS notification of clients regarding scheduled callouts.

Allowance: Php 175.00/day

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
