  • Assists in maintaining the active manpower pooling of applicants;

  • Assists in sourcing-out applicants: job posting, advertisements, referrals, job fairs, etc.;

  • Assists in conducting the pre-screening/initial interview of applicants;

  • Makes, maintains and updates personnel records/201 files.

  • Assists in encoding of employee information of newly hired employees to HRIS;

  • Performs 5S in the area of responsibility;

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to assists in maintaining the active manpower pooling of applicants;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled in BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course

  • Willing to assign in Bacoor, Cavite and can start the training immediately.
