About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' team as a Logistics Customer Service Representative. In this full-time role based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the logistics industry. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls and responding to email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Logging and tracking customer orders, shipments, and related information
  3. Troubleshooting issues and complaints, and working to find effective resolutions
  4. Providing accurate information to customers about products, services, and policies
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
  6. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6mos. of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry; Without BPO experience are welcome to apply
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries and concerns
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  6. Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and a desire to continuously improve
  7. Fluency in both English and the local language
