Job Summary:

The HR Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and the HR department across all stages of the employee life cycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Job Description:

1. Training and Development

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions and development programs.
  • Maintain training records and track employee participation.
  • Support the development and implementation of training materials.

2. Performance Management

  • Aid in the performance management process by organizing performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of performance appraisal forms.

3. Compensation and Rewards

  • Assist in the scheduling of salary reviews.

4. Employee Engagement

  • Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and collecting feedback.
  • Support communication efforts to promote engagement activities.

5. Offboarding

  • Assist in the offboarding process by coordinating exit interviews
  • Ensure the return of company property and deactivation of access.
  • Support the analysis of exit interview data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • With at least 2 years related experience
  • Must be willing to be assigned to Bagumbayan, Taguig
