An Overview of your Role

To provide administrative support to Motor Accounts and Team Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management Support.Assists Motor Accounts in managing the accounts and partners by handling quotation and policy-related administrative and clerical tasks. Liaise with various internal departments to ensure that the deliverables are accomplished on-time. Underwrite accounts as instructed and/or supervised by Motor Accounts. This includes but not limited to: Rating, Risk Assessment Tagging and Coverage determination.
  • Collection Support.Assists Accounts Officer in monitoring accounts receivables and other premium collection-related activities such as sending of reminders, monitoring of payment application.
  • Customer Service Support.Manages after-sales experience of customers by coordinating with Shared Operations to ensure customers' expectation and Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Data Collection.Meets all required customer data per business transaction; Ensure that the requirements are properly explained to the client/partners.
  • Report Generation / Records Keeping.Prepares reports as assigned by immediate superior, Account Officer or Department Head; Organizes documents and records in compliance with set records management standards.

A Bit About You

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree course;
  • At least 1-5 years relevant work experience preferably gained from the financial services and/or insurance or Motor vehicle related industry;
  • Newly graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel)
