Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. The person will handle both new and existing accounts, helping expand our customer base while maintaining strong client relationships. This role is key to driving revenue growth and supporting our company's expansion in the refrigeration market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts — existing customers and new business prospects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities — cold-call / visit prospective clients, propose refrigeration solutions, secure orders.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and coordinate with internal teams (engineering, after-sales, logistics) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients: regular communication, follow-ups, address client needs, after-sales support coordination.
  • Track sales data, monitor account receivables / follow-ups (if applicable), and generate sales reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing / technical / service teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that meet client needs and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree — ideally in Business, Marketing, Engineering (or related field) but relevant sales experience may suffice.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in appliances, equipment, construction/refrigeration, HVAC or related B2B industry (but we are open to strong candidates willing to learn).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong customer-focus, self-driven, with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, meeting sales targets, and handling multiple clients/accounts.
  • Familiarity with basic office software (MS Office, spreadsheets). Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
