An Ads Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and other ad networks). The role ensures that ad campaigns drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve business goals while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify target demographics and optimize ad reach.
  • Develop ad creatives and copy in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies for improved ROI.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively.
  • Perform A/B testing to evaluate ad performance.
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and platform policy changes in digital advertising.
  • Ensure all ads comply with platform guidelines and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing online advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
