About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales and Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at Darikaru Ascend Ventures Corporation. This full-time position is based in Norzagaray Bulacan and will play a key role in supporting our marketing and sales initiatives. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement to support the overall growth and success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns
  2. Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including outbound prospecting and digital marketing
  3. Manage and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent customer service and support
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  5. Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and insights that can inform our marketing and sales efforts
  6. Support the creation of marketing collateral, such as presentations, brochures, and social media content
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and marketing processes and tools

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the marketing and communications industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  4. Proficient in using marketing and sales tools, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and data analysis software
  5. A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for driving business growth
  6. Familiarity with marketing principles, including lead generation, content creation, and campaign management
  7. A team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making
