The Sales and Marketing Associate/Assistant will play a key support role in helping the Sales & Marketing Head implement marketing initiatives and manage sales operations. This role is a mix of administrative support, marketing coordination, and digital brand building. A background in social media content creation is a big plus.

Marketing Support
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (promotions, reseller activations, and product launches).
  • Create and manage social media content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, etc.
  • Design simple marketing collaterals and reseller kits using Canva or similar tools.
  • Assist in monitoring social media engagement and preparing basic reports.
  • Stay updated on competitor trends and market insights.
Sales Operations Support
  • Prepare sales reports, monitor sales and inventory performance.
  • Support in managing customer inquiries and coordinating order processing.
  • Organize and maintain sales documents, price lists, and reseller databases.
  • Help coordinate logistics for deliveries, especially during sales campaigns and bulk orders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing support, admin, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome.
  • Social media savvy – familiarity with Canva, Facebook Business Suite, TikTok, and Instagram is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Proactive team player who can work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
