We are seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join our IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, installing software and hardware, maintaining computer systems, and resolving network issues. The IT Support Intern will work closely with our IT Manager to ensure that our systems run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software
  • Ensure that all IT equipment is maintained and updated regularly
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions
  • Support and maintain phone systems, printers, and other peripherals
  • Respond to IT tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Keep track of inventory, update records, and manage asset tracking
  • Assist with IT-related projects as assigned by the IT Manager
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of IT systems and data
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and technologies
  • Other duties as assigned by the IT Manager

Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of networking principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willing to be assign onsite (Mondays-Saturdays) at our office in Makati and Manila City.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
