Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with the recruiters and be Involved in the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. From providing sourcing and screening support, to setting up interview schedules, background checks, offer packet compilation and drug test coordination if appropriate.

Experience

  • Experience of working in an office environment

Knowledge & Skill

  • Entry level for more complex support and administration functions.
  • Requires good knowledge, experience and skills of standardized processes and procedures.
  • Needs attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office applications experience including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
