Required Attributes:

  • At least one (1) year work as service advisor

Preferred Attributes:

  • Strong communication, planning, and organization skills
  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Driver's License / driving experience (motorcycle / car)
  • 1+ years work experience in an automotive dealership or service center
  • Strong familiarity with automotive components and their functions

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Communication

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
  • Listen actively to customers to accurately identify vehicle concerns and service needs.
  • Explain recommended services, maintenance schedules, and repair processes clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding repair status, approvals, timelines, and follow-up needs.

Service Documentation & Coordination

  • Document all customer concerns and vehicle information in the dealership's management system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare repair orders outlining required services, costs, and repair timelines for technician review.
  • Coordinate efficiently with technicians and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
  • Review inspection findings and provide customers with transparent estimates and service options.

Sales & Performance

  • Proactively identify and recommend additional maintenance or repairs that enhance vehicle performance, safety, and longevity.
  • Educate customers on dealership offerings such as service packages, warranties, and preventive maintenance plans.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, customer satisfaction goals, and performance metrics.

Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction

  • Conduct service follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
  • Ensure all work performed meets dealership and manufacturer quality standards.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and solution-driven manner.

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and industry regulations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with warranty procedures.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and organized service environment.

Others

  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php17, Php25,000.00 per month
