Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead the service department of our dealership. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, optimizing department profitability, and maintaining high standards of repair quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and employee supervision.
  • Ensure all repair and maintenance services are performed efficiently, accurately, and within dealership standards.
  • Manage shop capacity and technician productivity to optimize repair order flow.

Customer Service Management:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by ensuring a premium after-sales experience.
  • Ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere in the service reception area.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Set clear expectations and provide leadership, motivation, and support to the service team.

Financial & KPI Management:

  • Monitor and manage the department's P&L, including labor sales, parts sales, and gross profit.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and efficiency targets.
  • Control operational costs and improve profitability while maintaining service quality.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure all activities comply with OEM standards, warranty requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all repairs, inspections, and warranty claims.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and dealership policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a dealership service manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair, warranty processing, and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in dealership management systems (e.g., CRM)
  • Ability to analyze performance data and develop strategies for improvement.
  • ASE Certification or OEM certifications preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
