ASSEMBLY ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

·      Reads, interprets and follows basic electrical diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials and other written instructions or procedures.

·      Makes use of hand-held tools to perform certain tasks efficiently.

·      Performs work in a timely and accurate manner.

·      Pays attention and completes projects within the specified duration without compromising product's quality and function.

·      Takes care of all issued tools and takes accountability for their damages resulting from negligence.

·      Monitors inventory of materials/products in their respective workstations to ensure that parts are not lost, misplaced, or broken.

·      Performs quality work checks to ensure that output meets company's quality standards.

·      Performs all work in accordance with company's quality standards and established health and safety procedures.

·      Maintains a clean a safe work area.

·      Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

·      Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.

·      Skilled in using hand and power tools.

·      Highly motivated who can work independently and as part of a team.

·      Can communicate and assert effectively.

·      Knowledgeable in safety procedures and protocols.

·      Has strong potential to grow and take on bigger roles in the organization and become a Commissioning/Service Engineer.

·      Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

Education and Experience:

·      BS degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or relevant field, preferably with PRC license;

·      Strong interest in initiating and keeping up with advancements in Electronics or Mechatronics; and

·      Has experience in a manufacturing environment.
