Senior Analyst

You are responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of the client databases and guarantee that data is stored securely and optimally. Senior Analysts inform end users of changes in databases and train them to utilize systems.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering, along with advanced education and certifications are required to work as a database administrator

Through control access, Analysts ensure the security of company data. Their skills and technical expertise are desirable to many organizations, with the highest demand being in data-intensive organizations like insurance, finance, and content providers

Your responsibility as a Senior Analyst will be the performance, integrity and security of a database/platform tool. You'll be involved in the planning and development of the database, as well as in troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users. Ensure that data remains consistent across the database and data is clearly defined.

What this job involves:

Extract Live Data : collect and gather data as required by the business or account.

Standardize/Cleanse data for Loading.

Enrich/transform data as required using data management tools and techniques.

Monitor Data Quality and Performance

Identify data related issues and determine root cause.

Candidate must have analytical and creative problem solving skills with sufficient understanding of Technical Data Concepts and be able to collaborate with Business and Account SMEs to solution data issues.

Remediation and document data issues and resolution.

Provide trouble shooting for on account teams for workflow issues

Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Operations and the Accounts Teams

Provide recommendations for process improvement and implement changes on processes accordingly

Conduct New Hire and Refresher Training sessions Generally, support the Regional Platform Manager with ad hoc tasks such as facilitation / organizing boot camps, weekly forums and the like
