Job Title: Senior Data Strategy Analyst

Location: Taguig City

Working Hours: EMEA Shift

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Data Strategy Analyst to shape and execute strategic data initiatives across the company. This role requires strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, with the ability to understand, challenge, and improve data processes. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to map and re-engineer processes, oversee data management tasks, and drive data quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead data migration and transformation projects using structured project management methodologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into actionable plans, and ensure successful solution delivery
  • Drive data cleansing and mapping initiatives, identifying issues and providing remediation solutions
  • Investigate and resolve complex data exceptions with a curious, analytical, and proactive mindset
  • Build strong relationships with data owners and technology teams to support strategic data initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 10+ years of experience, with a focus on the right skills and capabilities
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills are highly advantageous
  • Investment knowledge is beneficial, but ability to engage, challenge, and understand data is key
  • Strong understanding of data and ability to analyze it
  • Ability to understand current processes and re-engineer them as needed
  • Ability to engage with colleagues and manage stakeholders effectively
  • Amenable to working in EMEA hours and reporting onsite in Taguig, given the hybrid setup
