Identify and onboard reliable trucking companies and inland transport providers based on cost, service quality, and compliance. Develop long-term relationships with key transport providers to ensure consistent service and priority access. Lead negotiations to secure optimal pricing, terms, and conditions.
Work closely with internal teams (operations, sales, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of transportation services. Manage vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in service and product quality.
