Job description:

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a results-driven User Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize customer acquisition strategies for a global digital entertainment platform. The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving customer growth through data-driven decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a similar acquisition or growth marketing role, preferably within digital entertainment, online platforms, or technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing performance metrics such as CPR, CPA, ROI, conversion rate, and lead-to-customer ratio.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement multi-channel acquisition campaigns (digital, social media, affiliate marketing, etc.).
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure efficiency and maximum reach.
  • Track and analyze CPR, CPA, and ROI metrics to ensure cost efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through testing and data insights.
  • Plan and execute large-scale campaigns to increase brand visibility and user base.
  • Measure campaign success using KPIs such as impressions, clicks, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize the lead-to-customer conversion process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey and onboarding experience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess marketing performance and user acquisition trends.
  • Prepare reports and insights for senior management to guide strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and analytics, to align marketing initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to achieve departmental goals.
