Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet business needs. This role combines both sourcing and end-to-end recruitment responsibilities — from candidate generation to job offer — while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong partnership with hiring managers.
Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Talent Mapping
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and niche positions.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and recruitment opportunities.
Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and align on hiring criteria.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career motivation.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning and hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to track hiring progress and performance metrics.
- Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and digital recruitment campaigns.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the recruitment function to drive efficiency and quality of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sourcing and/or end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or corporate environment .
- Strong understanding of various sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR metrics is an advantage.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing – Ability to find and engage top talent in a competitive market.
- Consultative Recruitment – Partners effectively with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.
- Adaptability & Agility – Responds quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
- Candidate Experience Focused – Delivers a smooth, transparent, and professional hiring process.
