Role: HR Assistant for Employee Relations
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO
The HR Assistant for Employee Relations supports the Human Resources team in maintaining a positive, fair, and compliant workplace. This role assists in addressing employee concerns, managing disciplinary documentation, and ensuring consistent implementation of company policies to promote healthy employee relations, particularly in a night-shift BPO environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and inquiries in coordination with the HR Manager
- Support the administration of disciplinary actions, including issuance of notices, documentation, and record-keeping
- Assist in employee investigations and fact-finding processes as needed
- Maintain and update employee relations records, case files, and reports
- Coordinate employee counseling sessions, hearings, and HR meetings
- Support the implementation and communication of company policies, rules, and code of conduct
- Assist in exit management processes such as clearances and exit interviews
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information
- Coordinate with other HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Training) as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a BPO or night-shift environment
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
