Role Overview:

You will offer essential legal representation and advisory services to our firm's varied client base.  Collaboration with fellow attorneys and paralegals is a key aspect of this position, with a focus on achieving the goals set forth in active legal cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies and theories.
  • Draft, review, and analyze pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in courts, administrative tribunals, and before various governmental bodies.

Qualifications:

  • Admitted to the Bar.
  • Ability to independently manage legal cases with a high level of responsibility and minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services to all clients.
  • 1-4 years of experience in legal practice is preferred.
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake a wide range of legal tasks.
  • Key qualities of Competence, Diligence, and Adept at Legal Writing.
  • Must be willing to appear before courts, administrative tribunals, and various governmental bodies.
  • Availability to start immediately.
  • Recent Bar passers are more than welcome to apply.
