The duties and responsibilities of the In-House lawyer are:

Drafts, create, edits and implement legal contracts.

Reviews documents for accuracy, comprehensiveness and compliance regulations.

Communicates with in-house and external legal counsel to prepare transaction documents.

Represents the company in legal deals, negotiating, modifying and executing business deals.

Advises the internal stakeholders on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and help in developing favorable terms for the company.

Advises stakeholders on risk and compliance matters

Protects the interest of the company by managing potential legal risks and violations.

Qualifications:

Graduate of bachelor's degree in a related field, such as law, political science, or business

Juris Doctor Degree from a recognized law school

Must be a bar passer and with an active license.

Must have at least 3 years working experience as a In-House Lawyer, corporate lawyer or Legal Counsel
