Thank you for your interest in joining the Francisco Motors Network of Associates. We are expanding our Sales Network, and we are looking for individuals who want to grow with us.

Being an Associate is part-time, performance-based work with no fixed allowance. However, the earning potential is significant, and more importantly, you will be directly contributing to the modernization of our country's transportation system.

As part of our Network of Associates, you won't be an employee. You'll be our Associate earning cuts for every sale or opportunity you bring into the ecosystem. Through our Network, you'll help drive sustainable mobility and be rewarded for the impact you create.

We are looking for people who are:

  • Driven and eager to succeed.
  • Aligned with our cause of building sustainable Filipino transport.
  • Active and committed to engaging with potential customers.

As an Associate, you will:

  • Earn cuts per unit when you close sales and facilitate demos with private companies or government offices purchasing our vehicles.
  • Receive a cut per customer through our revolutionary public transport system when you close deals in that sector.
  • Be trained with the specifications of our Electric Vehicles and gain deeper insight into the company and our country's modernization as you progress.
  • Be part of a meaningful mission, nation-building through sustainable mobility.
