Job Description:

We are looking for a Buyer/Canvasser to join our team. This role combines outreach and procurement responsibilities to ensure timely and cost-effective purchases while building strong relationships with suppliers and clients. The Buyer/Canvasser will be responsible for sourcing quality products, conducting market research, negotiating with vendors, and handling canvassing activities both in the field and through digital platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify potential customers and initiate contact through door-to-door canvassing, phone calls, or emails
  • Build relationships by understanding customer needs and promoting company products or services
  • Conduct supplier store profiling and gather relevant sourcing data
  • Research market trends, product availability, and competitive pricing
  • Source products or services that meet requirements and budget
  • Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and finalize purchase agreements
  • Purchase materials and supplies based on approved purchase orders
  • Handle urgent and routine purchases, including petty cash transactions
  • Manage day-to-day supply requirements as needed
  • Maintain organized records of leads, contacts, and procurement activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
  • Follow up with clients after purchases to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for client engagement and supplier negotiation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of market trends, product sourcing, and competitive analysis
  • Proficient in OMNI software, MS Office, and digital communication tools
  • Customer-focused, resilient, and adaptable
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Physically able to perform field canvassing duties
  • Ability to drive 4-wheels vehicle and motorcycle with driver's license.

About the Role:

As a Buyer/Canvasser, you will be the bridge between supplier sourcing and client engagement. Your role ensures the company acquires quality products at the best possible terms while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships. You will play a critical role in managing procurement activities, supporting operational needs, and ensuring smooth business transactions.
