The Data Analyst is primarily responsible for handling all administrative tasks within the sales department. As the main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, the Data Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication, efficient data management, and timely execution of sales-related processes. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual capable of managing a variety of tasks and supporting the sales team's objectives.

Principal Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather and organize sales-related data from various sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and quality.
  • Perform analysis on sales trends, performance metrics, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.

Sales Administration:

  • Consolidate and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales reports submitted by ASM/RSMs.
  • Manage all internal and external communications for the sales team and ensure the safekeeping of all sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for sales team reimbursements, replenishments, and any financial inquiries.
  • Monitor and update the sales calendar, including Sales Manager official business itineraries, site visits, events, and other related activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and purchasing teams to fulfill merchandise requests and provide necessary support to the sales team.
  • Ensure timely processing of sales-related requests across various departments.
  • Guide the sales team on necessary forms, documentation, and procedures for administrative processes.
  • Report any department or cross-departmental concerns to the NSM and top management, including feedback, sales performance, and any arising issues.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the NSM or other management members.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in the tire industry is preferred, but not required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Trustworthy, collaborative team player.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
