Data Encoder - is responsible for managing ang ensuring a timely and accurate payments., process financial transactions related to company expenses. giving assistance and support in various clerical and administrative tasks of accounting transactions. Provides accurate inputting and organizing data in the system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.) Accurate encoding of information in the company database. Ensure entries are all correct and accurate.

2.) Verifies data by comparing it to the source documents and check for any discrepancies.

3.) Maintains and oragnize proper filing and recording of documents in soft and hard copies.

4.) Answering queries and concerns of handled accounts.

5.) Ensure system compliance in checking, validating and encoding of invoices, delivery receipts, purchases etc.

6.) Ensure timely payment of liabilities, responsibilities including processing and verifying invoices

7.) Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1.) Graduate of any 4yrs course. Open for fresh graduates

2.) With at least 6 months work experience as encoder or accounting staff is a plus.

3.) With High level of accuracy, meticulous and attention to detail.

4.) High organize individual

5.) With good typing skills.
