About the role

Mansari Builders' is seeking a talented CAD Designer to join our team in Zamboanga City. As a full-time CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our modular cabinet designs to life through the creation of detailed 2D and 3D computer-aided designs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative and visually stunning projects within the modular cabinet industry.

What you'll be doing

• Producing high-quality 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for a variety of projects
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and installers to understand project requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings
• Ensuring designs adhere to industry standards and client specifications
• Updating and maintaining CAD libraries, templates, and standards to streamline the design process
• Providing support and guidance to team members on the use of CAD software and design techniques
• Staying up-to-date with the latest CAD software, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve your skills and the team's efficiency

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a CAD Designer or Architectural Drafter role
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other common CAD software
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and well-organized technical drawings
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and clients
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
