QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (CIVIL) or equivalent (with or without license)
  • Male/Female
  • Preferable with depth experience in Construction Projects, Technical descrition & understanding, Documentation, Safety Management
  • Highly profienct to use Office Applications, Autocad (2D), solid materials and Sketch up application
  • Must know technical architectural drafting drawing, plotting and detailing construction materials specifications
  • Must have knowledge in construction estimates
  • With experience in handling people/people management
  • Can drive a 4-wheel vehicle and with drivers license
  • Willing to travel and do fieldwork
  • Systematic and detailed oriented
  • At leats 2 years handling construction project and supervision experience or more

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates
  • Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing cost & estimates
  • Visit construction sites to collect correct details, measurements & dimensions, as needed
  • Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements
  • Use CAD & sketch-up software & conventional drafting station to prepare drawings, gannt charts & records
  • Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems
  • Prepare drawing plans for offices & stores for building/occupance permit
  • Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
  • Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts
  • Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
  • Do submit progress reports/WPR weekly/ monthly (or as needed) in relation to the position
