Project Architect

Location: Culianan, Zamboanga, Philippines

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a licensed and experienced Project Architect to oversee the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and design skills, experience in managing construction documentation, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases of a project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines and other local regulations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and attend project meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with in-house design and drafting teams.
• Oversee the work of junior architects and CAD operators.
• Use software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other BIM/CAD programs.
• Address design revisions, RFI responses, and construction-related issues during implementation.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect (Registered with the Professional Regulation Commission – PRC).
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project implementation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
• Knowledgeable in the National Building Code of the Philippines and local permit processes.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, detailing, and materials.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Experience in design and construction of [e.g., residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use developments].
• Familiarity with local government permitting processes (e.g., securing Building Permits, HLURB, etc.).

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Some site visits and weekend work may be required depending on project needs.

Senior Architect / Project Manager / Principal Architect

Pay: Php13, Php23,000.00 per month
