About the role

GMD Productions "GMD Pro" is a group of experts in Retail Booth Fabrication, Point of purchase displays, Events, Marketing & Advertising support, Signages, Renovation Management including customized furniture fabrication.

About the Role:

Manages forecasting, planning, scheduling and engineering and technical activities involve to ensure accuracy and quality of on-going projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance to plans and specifications.

  2. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.

  3. Review design plans, specifications, and contract documents

  4. Coordinate with clients on the needs and requirements and represent them in the

fields/sites.

  1. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel's

performance).

  1. Assign and delegate responsibilities to project team.

  2. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions to resolve

technical issues that may arise during construction.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate schedule and cost overruns to ensure

adherence to the budget.

  1. Conduct site inspection regularly and submit weekly report to Operations Manager on

the progress of on-going projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.

Minimum of 5 years in project management or sane industry is advantage

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of budgeting and financial management

Strong leadership abilities and problem solving capabilities

Ability to read and interpret blue prints and construction plans

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
