Role: IT Support Engineer

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance

Work Schedule: 5-Day work week | 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Philippine Time

Work Setup: Work Onsite

Office Location: Fortune Square Building, Brgy. Baliti and Capital Town, City of San Fernando, Pampanga

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide timely technical support to end users, both remotely and in person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer system, hardware, software, networks/server equipment, printers, door access system and CCTV.
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access provisioning, and equipment management.
  • Manage IT assets (Actual vs. System).
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system.
  • Must have knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLAN, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and address complex problems.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Repair, replace, and evaluate equipment and new technologies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) or Computer Engineering.
  • Must have at least 2 years of solid experience in IT support in a BPO company.
  • Open to working on a flexible shift.
  • Must be able to work on a permanent onsite setup (Baliti branch or Capital Town branch)

Preferred Technical Skills:

    • Experienced in managing Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center, with knowledge in Microsoft Exchange.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN,VLAN).
  • Experienced in IT asset inventory management, including tracking, documentation, and lifecycle oversight.
  • Proficient in using ticketing systems for IT support and issue resolution.
  • Experienced in managing and maintaining Door Access System, CCTV, and network/server hardware/equipment.
  • Experienced in providing security awareness training to users.
  • Experience with remote cloud solutions (AWS & Azure).
