The Role

We are hiring a Trade Specialist to manage and grow Puzzlebox's reseller partnerships across regions. You'll work directly with trade partners, distributors, and retail resellers to boost sales performance, improve customer experience, and strengthen our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Reseller Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for Puzzlebox's reseller network.
  • Support partners with product training, sales materials, pricing, and promotional programs.
  • Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and sales growth.

Channel Growth:

  • Identify and onboard new resellers aligned with Puzzlebox's brand and goals.
  • Monitor partner sales performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop strategies to expand our reach in new markets or industry verticals.

Trade Marketing:

  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and product launches with partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance in-store visibility and digital presence.
  • Evaluate ROI and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Operations & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Track channel KPIs and prepare monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Maintain pricing integrity and trade compliance across all partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in trade, channel, or reseller management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales and trade objectives.
  • Experience in the following industries is an advantage: Electronics, FMCG, IT, 3D printing, etc.]

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Trade Specialist to manage and develop our reseller network. This person will serve as the main liaison between the company and its resellers, ensuring strong business relationships, driving sales performance, and implementing trade marketing initiatives that enhance product visibility and sell-through.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
