Responsibilities:

The role involves leading agile transformations, collaborating with product owners, and developing agile standards and processes to improve team performance.

Core responsibilities

  • Coaching and mentoring:
    Guide and coach individuals, teams, and leadership on agile principles, values, and practices.
  • Facilitation:
    Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Transformation support:
    Drive and support the organization's agile transformation, including the transition to a scaled agile environment like SAFe.
  • Process development:
    Develop and implement standards and processes to support the agile teams and enhance their performance.
  • Collaboration:
    Work with product owners, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective product backlog management.
  • Assessment and improvement:
    Assess existing agile processes and guide teams and management toward continuous improvement.
  • Change management:
    Communicate required mindset and practice changes to help the organization truly become agile.
