Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves contract creation and negotiation, sales closing, and after-sales support.
The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, secure contract signatures, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain client records. Additionally, the Sales Executive will contribute to business development strategies and ensure smooth sales workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Sales and Contract Management:Lead contract creation and negotiation to secure successful deals.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to close sales and obtain contract signatures. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Assist in managing accounts receivable for assigned clients.
Client Relationship and Communication:Maintain and update client records in the company CRM system. Initiate communication with incoming leads and prospects through company-driven and individual efforts. Identify and qualify leads effectively to drive business growth.
Collaborate with fellow sales executives to develop strategies for attracting, maintaining, and expanding client relationships. Coordinate with the Technical Department for sales meetings and events as needed. Collaboration and Reporting:Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient sales workflow.
Assist in creating sales collateral and materials for client presentations. Prepare for, attend, and actively participate in sales meetings. Represent the company with professionalism in attire, ethics, and conduct.
Other Responsibilities:Perform additional duties as assigned to support the sales team and company goals. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent. Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Support, or a similar role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment. Strong client relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to identify and qualify leads to drive sales growth. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the role. Knowledge of marketing is a plus.
Experience with social media community engagement is a plus. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Seniority level
