Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Finance Manager to oversee and optimize the financial planning, capital structure, and funding strategy for our lease financing operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in financial modeling, debt/equity structuring, and asset-based financing, with a strong understanding of lease structures (e.g., operating leases, finance leases).

This role is critical to ensuring sustainable growth through effective capital deployment, risk assessment, and deal structuring for leasing products across commercial and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and manage long-term financial plans and capital structure strategies aligned with the company's leasing business goals.
  • Evaluate financing options and recommend optimal funding strategies (debt, equity, securitization, etc.) to support asset acquisition and lease origination.
  • Prepare financial models to assess project viability, lease pricing, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor key financial metrics, including leverage ratios, cost of funds, and lease portfolio performance.

Lease Deal Structuring:

  • Support the structuring of complex lease transactions, ensuring financial efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and legal teams to structure lease agreements that balance risk and profitability.
  • Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity testing on large or bespoke lease deals.

Capital Raising & Banking Relations:

  • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to secure funding at competitive rates.
  • Lead negotiations on loan covenants, terms, and credit facilities.
  • Coordinate the preparation of information memoranda and investor presentations.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Identify financial and operational risks in lease transactions and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 16 or relevant local leasing standards).
  • Work closely with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams to support regulatory reporting.

Internal Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present financial reports and board-level updates on funding needs, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Analyze financial performance of the leasing portfolio and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or professional certifications like CFA/CPA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or leasing/asset finance industry.
  • In-depth understanding of lease financing structures and financial instruments.
  • Strong experience in financial modeling, capital raising, and deal structuring.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., ERP, Bloomberg, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of relevant financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Experience with asset-backed securitization (ABS) or project finance.
  • Familiarity with credit rating agencies and structured finance tools.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, equipment, or vehicle leasing portfolios.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php200,000.00 per month
