Corporate Finance Supervisor

Education and Experience

 A Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field.

 A Master's degree or professional certification like a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is highly preferred.

 Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related field.

 Proven experience in financial modeling, valuation, and managing financial projects is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • CAPEX Budgeting and spending monitoring - lead end to end CAPEX budgeting and monitoring process , reviewing of budget and quotation analyses
  • Financial Modeling and Planning - formulate financial models for all new major projects to evaluate viability, assess risks and forecast returns
  • Communicate with stake holders to gather the necessary date for realistic assumptions. Provide strategic recommendations on project viability.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Lead the M&A process by conducting financial due diligence, preparing valuation reports, and supporting negotiations for potential acquisition or merger activities.
  • Team Management Supervise and mentor team members to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks. It involves providing guidance, reviewing work, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve departmental goals.
  • Detail oriented and keen observer
  • Proficient in Computer applications and MS Word, Excel, Power point
  • Willing to be assigned in Magallanes Makati
