Roles and Responsibilities

  • Transform raw dental education content into professionally edited video courses while maintaining clinical accuracy and educational value
  • Edit and deliver multiple high-quality educational videos weekly using a text-based editing system
  • Review and refine AI-generated transcripts to ensure accuracy in dental terminology
  • Remove filler words, awkward pauses, and errors to produce smooth, professional content
  • Add captions, titles, B-roll footage, and visual elements to enhance student engagement
  • Collaborate with course instructors to clarify complex dental concepts
  • Ensure consistent quality and accuracy across all video content
  • Upload and manage video content across various learning management systems
  • Organize project files and maintain efficient content libraries
  • Meet production deadlines while upholding quality standards
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
  • Create promotional clips and course previews from full-length content

Required Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in the dental field (e.g., dentist, dental assistant, dental hygienist, dental technician, or lab technician)
  • In-depth understanding of dental anatomy, physiology, procedures, terminology, and equipment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent in basic computer use and open to learning new software platforms

  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Proficient With

  • Prior experience with video editing or content creation
